Issue was resolved at 0905AM, (total outage 12 minutes). Thanks for your patience.
This appears to be an issue that occurred outside of our network. We seeking a cause for the outage from the other companies that carry this circuit to see what happened and how we can prevent further impacts to our customers.
Investigating
A circuit between La Grande and Pendleton is down that is used to send and receive calls between our voice customers and various other companies. We are working to resolve this ASAP
