We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. Service restored at 3PM today
We are planning to be at the pump site again today to do more work to hopefully restore service.
Identified
Some wireless customers between Joseph and Enterprise are down due to problem with the link from Sheep Ridge to the Pump tower site. We were on site Tuesday and unable to resolve the problem. We are forming a plan to work on this and will update this status when we have more information.
