Joseph pump site down

We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

service has been working partially since 1pm yesterday

techs are on site now and replaced one component which did not resolve the issues

next step is replacement of the main radio unit which will result in all pump customers being off line until replacement radio is installed (estimated down time is 60 minutes)

We have been unable to restore reliable service with our efforts. Due to pending hazardous weather we will plan to go to Sheep Ridge Wednesday morning to replace equipment. Next status update expected by Wednesday Noon.

We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it.

Our wireless tower at the "pump site" between Enterprise and Joseph is down. We are working to resolve this issue ASAP
