Loose connector found and reterminated. We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
the carrier in the middle of this circuit found a loose connector that has been causing these problems for these chronic issues the past couple of months...we should be back in service in 30 minutes or less
problem isolated, technician dispatched to coordinate testing
working with other carriers involved
