We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover. The EONI Union site did not automatically restore service when OTEC power was restored. EONI dispatched a tech to the site to get service restored. We will plan a future maintenance time to replace equipment at this site we suspect caused the extended outage. Thanks for your patience.
