Internet outage in Lostine and City of Wallowa

Service should be restored for the majority of the City of Wallowa. There was extensive hail damage. A few customers will need to contact us to have their service switched to newer equipment to restore their service. We also have a few customers that are served off a hail damaged antenna that will need replacement on Monday.

Some customers in the City of Wallowa are down following the power restore. We are dispatching to Wallowa to repair. Next update by 8PM. Please see status.eoni.com for the latest status and to request updates. Thank you for your patience.

With power restored we can now see problems since the outage. Lostine looks normal...Wallowa has some customers up and some customers down as some equipment is not coming up,. We are working on a plan to restore service. Thanks for your patience.

Power company fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.

Some power is coming up per the Pacific Power outage map. Our Wallowa Tick Hill site is still down.
Called Pacific Power and confirmed our power meter still has no power.

Pacific Power has been working through the night restore the power. Our next update will be at 10 AM. Thank you for your patience.

Pacific Power outage web site shows a power line to repair to restore service to our Wallowa Tick Hill site. Pacific Power estimates power to be restored by 5AM Friday. Hopefully whenever power restores EONI equipment will return to service immediately and automatically. Some of our Lostine customers are served from the Wallowa Tick Hill site.
