We found a failed piece of equipment, which we have completely replaced. Everything should be working. If it is not, you may need to disconnect the power from your router and then reconnect it and then wait 3 minutes. This should reconnect your router to EONI.
Some customers in the Island City area are without internet service. Our connection to the tower feeding them is working, but one of the central pieces of equipment at the site is currently down. We are investigating the cause and working on a solution.
