We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

On Friday April 27 about 6PM our domain hosting servers experienced a major failure resulting in current data, databases, files and emails to be lost. Normally our systems can handle a failure similar to this with no data loss.

You are receiving this email because your domain, domain databases, domain email and domain files were impacted by this failure.

In order to restore service we restored from a backup made on Friday April 27 6AM. This means any emails, files or database changes that occurred between Friday April 27 6AM and Friday April 27 10PM were lost. Our team responded quickly and worked hard to restore services as soon as possible. Service was restored by Saturday April 28 6PM.

We regret this situation and apologize for any problems.

Some systems are back in service, work is on going to finish bringing all servers back online

This evening about 7pm a component that is required for several servers failed. We are working to restore services from backups now...it may take through the weekend to get all services restored. We appreciate your patience.
