The provider cleaned and reseated their fiber cables in Baker. We've fixed the core issue all systems should be normal now. Thanks for your patience.
Our provider could not resolve the issue on the La Grande end. They are headed to the Baker end now to work on this issue. Thanks for your patience.
Transport provider found an issue in their systems. They are not able to determine if the issue is in La Grande or Baker until they take the system completely down that feeds our Baker site. We expect Baker to go down about 10am for 30 minutes or less to test and determine where the issue is.
Our fiber and voice customers installed in the past 60 days are not impacted by any of the outage today.
One of our vendors conducted scheduled maintenance about 330am today. Since that time some of our T1 voice circuits and data services are not working. We have opened tickets with more than one vendor to help get this service restored as soon as possible. We do not have an estimated time of repair yet.
