problems making some outgoing calls

We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. Removed a loop and several unnecessary cables and connectors in Pendleton.
Hopefully we have resolved this permanently.

The issue is not resolved...instead of a recording of all circuits are busy people hear silence (dead air). We are back to working on this.

Service is restored for now...we are still working on a permanent fix. Lumen will engage others to help resolve this.

We have a local Lumen tech in Pendleton working on this issue now.

We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it. Ticket open with Lumen, awaiting on tester to work this. Next status by 1030am

Our problems of being able to place some outgoing calls have returned.
We are working for a permanent fix ASAP Calls to land lines most likely to completed, calls to cell phones may not be working.
