We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Identified
At about 2am Friday Feb 3rd. Internet went out for all of wallowa county. This was due to a Utility power outage. This power outage was listed as maintenance. When power was restore we had some of our equipment not return to service. We are working to get this resolved and should have an update later till morning
