Lumen local tech is enroute to the Pendleton site ETA 15 minutes.

We observed issues starting at 1am but did not see a service impact until 720am
We believe we have this issue isolated to equipment in Pendleton.
We are awaiting a Lumen technician to get us an estimated time of repair.
