Seeing progress...we can reach Google now...customer Internet traffic is much higher now...this looks like progress...but we are not sure if the people making repairs are finished or not.
EONI uses Ziply for Internet connectivity.
Ziply has found a core router with a missing route that they are working to fix.
They are working to fix this issue fast. Next status update in 30 minutes.
If you are technical and know you are using Google DNS, switching to EONI DNS or other DNS may help you get to non-Google Internet destinations.
Internet is not working consistently for all customers.
The issues seem to be outside EONI...we are escalating with our providers to resolve this ASAP.
