we have been told things have been fixed , and are waiting for things to recover fully. Most customers should be working.
We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it. The only wireless customers impacted by this outage are customers with Baicells equipment. Baicells is having a problem with their core that is impacting Baicells equipment throughout the USA. Baicells engineers are aware and working to address the problem. We have no estimated time of repair yet.
We are seeing Some wireless served customers through out our network without Internet. We are looking into the issue. There is no ETA for the repair at this time.
