As of 840AM we've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Identified
Our voice trunks between La Grande and Pendleton are down. This will cause some incoming and some outgoing calls to fail.
We have no estimated time of repair yet. Working with the other companies involved to resolve this.
