Our crew reached the Tick Hill site and replaced the equipment to restore the customers out of service.

They are now headed to Sheep Ridge to see if they can get to that site.

Most EONI services in Wallowa County were restored on January 9 by 10AM.

Some EONI customers served with wireless service from our Wallowa Tick Hill and Sheep Ridge sites lost service on January 9.

We are prepared to go to these sites after the winter storm warnings end on Sunday night. We plan to attempt repairs on Monday.

We planned to attempt repairs early this morning. With snow plows and logging trucks sliding off the road and poor visibility due to blowing snow we did not see the roads as safe to get our technicians to the sites. We were hopeful we could make another attempt this week. However the weather forecasts are currently not looking safe until Monday morning.

We recognize your Internet service is very important. The safety of our employees is very important.

Please visit status.eoni.com to get more details and stay updated on this situation. Thank you for your patience.

Due to weather conditions across all of Wallowa County, we are seeing issues with Internet service. This is causing poor internet service and outages. We are looking into all the issues, but expect as the weather improves Internet services to improve.
