We've been looking into a problem that started at 4AM today impacting fiber customers in North Powder.
This incident has been resolved by restarting our fiber equipment in North Powder. We want to say sorry to everyone affected.
Service should have restored about 755AM. We have not seen this type of issue with this equipment previously.
Symptoms: All fiber customers up, but not transmitting or receiving any customer traffic.
