We've confirmed there is a problem with equipment at the tower site. We will be dispatching repair crews to attempt go up to the site on top of Mt. Fanny on Tuesday March 17th. We hope to have the repairs done by 5pm Tuesday March 17th.
Some wireless served customers around the city of cove area are without Internet. This is Due to equipment failure at our Mount Fanny site. We are looking into the issue. We do not have an estimated time for repair at this time.
