Power has restored and all sites are backup except for Union. We are working on Union restoration.

OTEC reports on their outage map 3800 customers without power. Presently it seems that La Grande, Island City and North Powder are the only areas with power in the county. EONI systems have been on battery backup power for over 30 minutes.
Our sites are starting to go down as batteries are low. We have no estimated repair time from OTEC.
EONI services should automatically restore when power is restored.
