This issue seems to be resolved again, we are continuing to seek an explanation from the other carrier to confirm if this issue is actually being addressed.

Opened a trouble ticket with CenturyLink...unfortunately we may not see anyone work on this complex translation until tomorrow morning.
We noticed at 5PM today we are getting all circuits busy when calling Verizon Wireless phones.
