problems with calls involving some cell phone carriers
We have found an issue and made a change to work around another carriers changes. We are seeing improvement. We will continue to monitor the situation.
Since Thursday February 12 we have had sporadic reports of problems making call to and receiving calls from some cell phone carriers. The problem has been noticed most with T-Mobile and AT&T Mobility. We have escalated this issue to Ziply voice engineering to resolve this issue. Sorry for the problems.
